How does billing work?
You choose. Pay by the inch cleared, or lock in one flat seasonal price quoted after a property review. Either way, you get one invoice a month covering everything we did — not a separate bill after every storm. Commercial properties have the same two options.
How much does it cost?
Residential pricing is based on your driveway size and how many inches we clear. Small driveways start around $80 for a standard 2–4 inch event, with larger driveways and deeper storms priced accordingly. Seasonal contracts for residential and commercial properties are quoted as one price after a property review.
When do you come out?
Our standard trigger is 2 inches. Once accumulation hits that mark, your property is automatically added to the route. You don't need to call us during a storm.
Do you salt?
Yes. Salting and de-icing on driveways, steps, and walkways is part of standard service, with extra attention to shaded spots that refreeze after plowing.
Where does the snow go?
We confirm your preferred snow storage spot during your estimate and keep cleared snow on your property, clear of hydrants, mailboxes, sidewalks, and the street.
